Special court of National Investigation Agency on Friday extended the judicial custody of Dukhtaran-e-Milat chief Aasiya Andrabi and her two women aides till October 1.
“Judicial custody of trio has been extended till October 1,” an official said.
Aasiya and her two associates Sofi Fehmeeda and Nahida Nasreen were arrested by NIA in July and are currently lodged at Tihar jail.
The NIA has charged Aasiya and her associates with “written and spoken words that bring into hatred and contempt apart from inciting disaffection towards the Government of India”.
