Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Majeed Awan on Saturday issued arrest warrants to Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) for Allama Amin Shaheedi along with two other individuals against murder of Mufti Aman ullah.
According to information received, the said has transpired as due governments consent.
Details reveal anti-terrorism court to have issued arrest warrants asking CTD for immediate custody of Allama Amin Shaheedi, Ishtiaq Hussain and Kalb-e-Abbas on account of murdering administrator of Jaamia Taleem-ul-quran and mastermind of Ashoora Incident, Mufti Aman ullah.
It is worth mentioning here that Mufti Aman ullah stands as the mastermind of Rawalpinidi Ashoora Incident, killed by unknown assailants in 2014. The murder case of Mufti Aman was filed by the bias Punjab govt. against Shia only.
